University of Buckingham celebrates 2015 with two prestigious awards
10 December 2015
The Times and The Sunday Times announced the University of Buckingham as ‘University of the Year for Teaching Quality’ in 2015-16. This followed ten years of the University consistently leading the way with the most satisfied students, according to the National Student Survey (NSS).
The Complete University Guide meanwhile ranked Buckingham as the safest campus in the UK. Sir Anthony Seldon, the Vice Chancellor, said: “This is an outstanding achievement for one of the country’s smallest universities. We treat our students as individuals and have an open door policy when it comes to seeing lecturers and seeking any sort of help. Year after year Buckingham comes top of the rankings as the safest place to study. One of the key considerations for parents is whether their child will be safe when they leave home and they certainly will be at Buckingham.”
